Cancellation and Refund Policy for NEline Internet Connection Service

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may request the cancellation of their internet connection service with NEline by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests can be submitted through our website, through mail or by contacting our customer support. Please provide your account information and a reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Customers are responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation request is processed.
  2. Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle has started will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. If you have a contract with NEline, early termination fees may apply. Please refer to your service agreement for details.
  4. NEline reserves the right to cancel the service in case of violation of the terms of service by the customer.

Refund Policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: Installation fees, equipment fees, and any other one-time charges are non-refundable.
  2. Security Deposit: Postpaid Subscribers need to submit a cancellation request with one month notice. The security deposit is adjusted with the last months of service.
